Though the Lord is high, yet he has respect to every lowly, humbled sinner; but the proud and unbelieving will be banished far from his blissful presence. Divine consolations have enough in them to revive us, even when we walk in the midst of troubles.

And God will save his own people that they may be revived by the Holy Spirit, the Giver of life and holiness.

If we give to God the glory of his mercy, we may take to ourselves the comfort. This confidence will not do away, but quicken prayer.

Whatever good there is in us, it is God works in us both to will and to do. The Lord will perfect the salvation of every true believer, and he will never forsake those whom he has created anew in Christ Jesus unto good works.

Check it out!

If you know me, you know that I struggle with weight issues and have my entire life. I want 2008 to be a year of change for me - a time for reflection and revelation in my life - a time to better myself spiritually, physically and emotionally.

A while back as I was searching for "helps" on the internet, I came across a site that is proving to be a great help to me in applying healthy principles to my daily life. It is a site called "Loving Miracles" written by Dr. Annette Colby, RD, Master Healer and Nutritionist.

One of the things that caught my eye and sparked my interest in this site was the fact that Dr. Colby seemed to believe in the connection between spirituality and happiness. She sends out newsletters with articles that apply to daily life.

In the first newsletter I received after subscribing, she writes, "Thank you for your interest in the "Eating Peacefully" newsletter! Each issue is designed to provide enlightening articles which touch the spirit, enliven the body, and nurture the mind. Keep up the good work you are doing on creating greater success, happiness, and abundance!

Tell Your FriendsOur community of love and support continues to grow as we share the loving energies of our hearts, minds, and bodies. Please consider forwarding this newsletter to your friends, associates, and professional lists. Your recommendation is how we grow, and the information contained in this ezine will help them grow.

So when you have time, go to her site at http://www.lovingmiracles.com/. I think you'll be glad you did, especially if weight control is an issue with you.

In His Love and Blessings
